I posted this on the SOE board, but I also wanted to mention it here to those players that don't necessarily read that board too often. Also, as I am not very optimistic about a reply there, I would like it to be passed along to the devs by our class correspondent if he feels its worthy of mention. Anyway, below is what I posted:
In what I hope is an oversight, the Assist Hoshkar quest in the new Veeshan's Peak does not include a reward for non-archery melee classes. I would ask that a comparable item be implemented for monks, beastlords, bards and berserkers as a reward for completion of this quest. I wouldn't go so far as say its patently unfair, but it is rather curious that the designers would exclude these four classes from one of the new quests when every other class can pursue rewards from all 6 quests.
If a reward can not or will not be implemented for these 4 classes, I would like an explanation of why it can't/won't be done. This is not the end of the world, but I am very annoyed and would like to be able to utilize this new content in the same manner as every other class in the game.

PS- While you're at it, how about making all of the rewards all/all. Whereas the rewards for the melee classes are impressive, I and a few other hybrid classes, would love to have availability to some of the effects on the caster rewards ex: Marr's Gift, Eternostrum. Thanks for your time.
