Question about Sewers of Nihile-Emanating Crematory

Does anyone know if named spawn in this sewer when it is activated from Gamesh?  And if so, do the spells and the nice items drop off these or off trash?  Does the named have a PH or is it random?

Mobs can be up or have phs. You can just camp the room you want for mob to spawn.

Gamesh isntanced sewer zones are identical to the ones done by the High Priest in my experiences. You can even get flags from them.

As for spells and loot, each sewer zone is a bit different. For farming spells, the best one seems to be the Lair in my experience, as the named can spawn right at the zone in. I can 2 box the named in the Lair with my druid usually, but my beastlord is very well geared.

I have not tried to farm the crematory, as it just takes too long in my opinion. I have completely redone the plant though, as there are a few spell and gear droppers, in addition to the last named.
