Suspend Minion being buggy again?

I haven't lost suspended pets myself (except when i suspend it before a rez, and then zone before trying to unsuspend it..then it always poofs, every time) but twice when the zone i was in crashed and reset, my pet (not suspended) poofed, with full buffs and pet toys

Similar scenario, except my pet is there after rez. I bring it back, buff, equip, etc, and then it says I already have one suspended when I try to put it away before logging.
