4.Growl of the Panther and Empathic Fury need to stop targetting the pet. (EF isn't a spell per se but is treated as such on the back end as far as I can see)

If I remember right, Rytan, before he left, addressed this and said with the way our class works, this just wasn't possible. Maybe Tastian can remember better than I can, but Im pretty sure a dev said that.

All the other points are pretty much what we've all been clamoring for, for a long time now.  I'd just be personally happy if they gave us group haste (for exp) and fixed Muada's healing ratio compared to Chloroblast.  I don't know how much I'd use DoTs even if they were fixed; they just do too little damage for the time invested.

Throw a negative resist modifier on our nukes too, while we're requesting things.  At least on the Ancient, if nothing else.  I get so tired of seeing "%t resisted your Ancient: Call of Ice" that I hardly even use my nukes anymore, just chain DoD pet.
