serverwide first?

yesterday my guild did their first elemental raid. most of us expected the worst but the incredible happened. we managed to kill all nameds in pofire AND fennin ro on our first try. someone said this may be a serverwide first.

anybody know of a guild on any server that managed to do this before?

There are between 274 and 363 Elemental Planes guilds that have access to the Plane of Fire.  I really don't know if it is or not.

It's not a first anyone should really be proud of at this point in the game. I'd say it was an accomplishement if your guild did it like... a year ago. At this point we have guilds who have used shamans to tank fennin ( Hell... with a chain Time equipped BL's could do it).
Still it's cool you guys did it, just more likely at this stage majority of the guild knew what to expect from the mobs.

On another note, I believe that the japanese guilds who play together on my server killed all the mobs on thier first attempt, about 8 months ago (not the same night, since fennin and other mobs were staggered in spawn).

I'd say it's something to be proud of, but not something to brag about.  hehe  slight differance.  First kills for a guild are always great and on first tries rock too.  However, it is older content with lots more knowledge, etc out there.  You guys did great though and if you get cor your first go lemme know so I can hate you.  8)

I"ll have to disagree with the folks above.  They say it's ``no big deal'' because they've all done it before and have non-warrior tanks that can stay standing in front of Fenin.

But  the fact still remains that you cleared the whole zone on your first try, and I's say that's definately a noteworthy acomplishment.

Heck, *finding everything up* at this point is definately something to brag about. :)

while its not as impressive as it would have been a year or so ago, i have to admit that its quite a feat that got all that done.  plus all that loot :D
