Something isn't right here, broken duration focus/SCR3?

Ferocity 6.5min = 390 seconds
+SCF3 390s * 0.3 = 117 seconds
+Chrononostrum 390s * 0.25 = 97.5 seconds
----------------------------------------------------
= 604.5 seconds ~ 10 min.

How ever, I timed my ferocity and it last only for 8min 45sec. Didn't I understood something or do we have bugged focus here? I timed fero with +15% (Focus of Mediocrity) too and Fero lasted like 8min 5sec. So now I'm thinking SCR3 is bugged... or did they nerfed/bugged SCR3?

Tested without any focus items (with only SCR3) and Fero lasted 8min 26 second... So removing +15% focus item made fero last 20seconds longer.  :shock:

Kinda sounds like a stacking issue?  Maybe?  /shrug

I box a shaman often and cast Ferine Avatar which has same duration on it as Fero. Shaman has 50% buff extension and when I have shawl on both spells last exactly same duration. without shawl fero wears off noticeably earlier. With focus of mediocrity Fero wears off 15-20 seconds earlier as you would expect.

The focus effects seem to be working for me ok, but I don't time the duration, only relative duration.

Timed fero again today... and now it had correct duration. Lasted 10min 8 seconds or so. I wonder what happened yesterday? Timed it like 5x yesterday and was always 8min 45sec.
