Pet proc stun level

It seems like every other class had their stuns revised to stun past level 100.  Our level 99 pet proc is limited to level 100 mobs.  I felt it should have been raised to 103.  The new pet proc at 104 can stun up to 108.  I am grinding out the last half of 103 just to get this spell to help out the survivability of my merc tank on trash mobs in tier 3 TDS.  I am sure the additional level on the tank merc will help as well.
