Ok, me and a guildie are racing to 55, 1k wager.

We both dinged 53 last night, I tried dryads this morning in JPF and
it took 3 dark blues to make 1%, is this normal ?

Anyway, I need a place to make some fast XP, loot is not needed at this point. Anyone have any idea's ?  I was hoping to find a place for 1% xp per DB kill. Help a brother beastie out  :D

I spent that time doing Vamps in the TM castle (damn Spirit of Flame!!!) but probably wouldn't be the fastest way for you solo. My thought would be Dulak maybe. The other thought would be Nurga tier 1 or 2. Basically jump down the waterfall and start killing. When you come to a point where you can drop down (there will be a set of cart tracks that head over the drop to the right) or run a bit to the left and drop down check your xp and if the first mob at the base of the waterfall is back up. If you decide to drop down I would head to the left. There is now an additional mob at the first place you can drop down (extended/new Iksar Warrior quests) which can be a pain if you drop down at the wrong place. I should draw a picture or something lol. Anyway, I was surprised at the xp I got in tier 1 at 55 while waiting for a buddy to show up even though all the mobs were lt blue. This was mainly solo but did have a Druid DS on me and the pet for the most part (Druid bot was bringing in my friend). Believe it was on this board somewhere that the optimal Nurga SOLO xp is when you are in a tier with 1/3 of the mobs lt blue. Would agree with that. This also has the bonus of ~5pp per mob, the rare gem drop, a few named mobs in tier 1 & 2, and faction work for doing the Chardok quests later on if you want.

52+ the standard is multiple mobs per % of level experience.

Up to 54/55, the best experience in the game used to be High Keep.  Bards and nobles were worth a clear 1% level experience up to the end of 54.  However, exp in HK has been reduced by about 30% (tested on the goblins, not on nobles).  So I'd expect 3 kills per 2% now.  We think that goblin hps have been adjusted a little, too - maybe bards and nobles have been as well.

With 2 bard every 20 minutes, and 2 nobles plus Isabella Cellus every 6 minutes, that was 35-40% exp per hour.  I expect it is still good for at least 20% exp per hour, so would be a good camp.

2/3 db, 1/3 lb works for me in Nurga at 60+; I have no idea if will still apply before 55.  However, Nurga has a decent experience bonus, and easy mobs in the first two areas.  The new goblins be careful of: they have a MUCH larger aggro radius than normal goblins, and will cause a lot of problems for relatively low people in their camps.

Anyone tried Nadox ?
I think thats the name, I was told the its the zone off of Gunthak...
I was told it was great XP. Again, not worried about loot,

Trolls in Nadox took me 90-120 secs to kill at 60.  Goblins in Nurga took 60 secs.  You do the math. :)

The best camp spot at 55ish in Nadox is the shrine steps, the area closest to the Torgiran Mines zone line.

What about elementals at zone in ?  Those are what I was told about and refering to.....

Elementals are easy, but there aren't as many of them as there are goblins in Nurga. You will have some downtime waiting for repops.

I am with Hereki: Nurga is the place to be.
Lady Jillianna Silversoul and Cody
71.181 Halasian Feral Lady - Morell-Thule... erm, Erollisi Marr
Faveo Sulum Ipsemet Ascio

There are three or four elementals visible, two more easily reachable in the lava, and possibly one or two more further up the lava.  20+ minute repop; you might reach 6 in that time.  Easy kills, but I am not sure that they are dark blue even.  Great exp for a 44+ mage, I would say :).

I downloaded maps last night and tried this.....

Was ok, but I need to go further in.

I zoned in and shrank down and swum up the water fall and tried the end of tier "C"  the mob was dark blue but it took a long time to die. did give me 1% though.

I jumped down to tier "A" and killed 4 lt blue for 1% and then started moving towards "B" but ended up leaving to help a guild mate with a CR.

If I am reading this correctly, you all are saying that fighting in the area where "A" end and "B" begins would give me the best XP ?  That correct ?
If not, can you please clarify ?

ANd where is this Iksar warrior quest mob ?  I did not see him ( dont want to honestly )

And finally, Thank you Diminimus for a great guide.....[/quote]

I posted the locations of the quest mobs at the end of the Nurgalopedia thread - i.e. on that board.  One is at the drop down beneath the rail tracks, and will make that room almost unusuable for you, I suspect.

Just stay in each location for an hour, and measure how much exp you get.  Exp per mob is very unimportant.

Getting out of 53, you should go to Burning Woods.  It's easy to get there and there's hardly any one in the zone. At 53 you can kill almost everything in the zone with the exception of the Wurms and Zealots.

Grab a C3 and Virtue in POK, then take the FV stone. Once in FV run thru the tunnel to Dreadlands. Zone over and head to the Castle.  From there head North west to Burning Woods. Zone over and follow the zone wall right. Pass FM zone tunnel and pass the enchanter epic mob to the next big clearing where there is a hut all by itself.

I camped this spot.  You could sit afk for a bit and not have to worry about adds.  When you were ready to kill, put your pet on /guard. This will make your pet "point" in the direction of the nearest mob to the pet. Then you head in that direction, find the mob and pull it to your pet.  With this zone, if you run away from the mob too far, they will forget you.  So if you get in trouble just run away a distance then med up. Come back when your ready to kill the mob.  When you get in radius of the mob again, it will come after you.

Even some mobs were LB to me at 54, if I remember correctly, they have extremely low hp but offer a large amount of exp. Think it was 1 to 2% per kill.   At 53, I made the entire level in about 4 straight hours of constant killing, without help except for the buffs mentioned above.

This place is loaded will cash loot. So be sure to bring a lot of empty bags.  I'd fill up my inventory and have to destroy pages and such to carry the more expensive items like "TreeWeave" "Emeralds" Black Pearls, Sapphire, Ruby.

Enjoy this spot. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Like Hereki said I would time an hour in A and then B. For B though I would drop down to the left of the rail area and work that way. Once down and around the corner in B you will have some fun working the room with the first named. Be careful with your pulls and I don't think you will get doubles. Between that named and the next named (a furbi named traitor something or other) there is another Iksar quest mob who has a pet. Just be aware of that.

You might be able to drop down in the room beneath the rail tracks. The trick would be to drop down on the right most side as you face the track. You will drop right on top of a mob and would need to watch your push though and argoing him might argo the quest mob. Dunno. I usually just drop down on the mob at the point where the ground and the wooden bridge meet and take him and the quest guy at the same time. In the past that does not argo the one I am suggesting you drop onto.
