The next scheduled patch day is the Omens of War launch.  I have no idea if it will make it in for that patch but it certainly won't be before then.

Yah, got piercing to 250 last night so I went back to using my gleaming obsidian shard over my offhand VIC...may be one damage less but better stats & MUCH better graphic :)
