Are SoF(prismatic) and SoD T5 group gear BP's on same timer?

Hey all, I was going through my bank and realised i still have my old SoF BP and was only missing 2 essence to make it Prismatic (adds a clicky FTW)...

I started farming my last 2 essences when i realised that Sony might have put the SoF and SoD BP's on a shared timer... that would really suck if so but i could see them doing it.

Does anyone know if they are on shared timer?  or can i use them one after the other on burn mobs...

Look at the recast type field on them.
