I would guess that Kashmiir intends this to be the BST equivalent of The Overlord's Sanctuary (http://www.thesteelwarrior.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=95a3654ae83a252748e23d546c55d96d&forumid=11) over at The Steel Warrior, so PoTime and LDoN raids (and topics of interest to Elemental/Time geared BSTs) would all be on topic here.
