Print Page - Missing yes/no buttons

For some reason, on all my UI's except Sars I have no yes/no buttons when I go to accept a rez, loot no drop items, or try to purchase ldon stuff. Even on default ui the window has no yes/no buttons, I deleted all my ui files and still the same results. Any ideas?
