Are custom UI's accepting new slots for these or do you have to use the default for now? Are spell gems and buff bars gonna have to be redone to accept these changes?

That one accepts the buff slots and spell gems? Awesome cuz that's what I am using also. Thanks Ogee

You should download and install the most recent version though...

If you haven't updated, yours won't.
