Well by the time you hit level 70 you've probably spent a bit of time here. At level 70 in a full group it's 4% AA per kill. With exp split 50/50 it's ~20% AA per 1% into level 70 just to give you some idea. Soon as I find sometime I plan to check out various older zones and see how DB they are and how fast AA comes.
PG is generally 4% per kill, AA.
Open zones with high level mobs = suck though. Trains galore and wth's with the archers in WoS right before the PG line.
