Title: Tormented Scout in Bloodfields

Just ran across a NPC named Tormented Scout (-409 235) in Bloodfields, someone may have posted but didn't see it.  I hailed the mob and it told me to go away, others hailed but it didn't respond to them.  Part of epic? conned indif

Just a bit more, while typing the first post them mob despawned, Talked to a friend and he said that it spawns in different locations around Bloodfield Zone - never responds to anyone when hailed except me and it told me to go away.

Well if he respond only to beastlord it must be a part of our epic.
