Pet focus -- I bought mine in the Bazaar...earring drops in Beza I think.

I started soloing on Dreadbone Island in TBS at 78.  Before that, I was soloing 1-2 mobs south wall in WoS.  Don't remember the % per kill.  During lesson I was making 2 AAs in the half hoour, doing fire goblins in TBS I'm now doing 3 AAs in half hour (up to almost 1500, they are tougher so may want to hold off on them)

WoS murks still 7-8% per kill at 78?

I'm guessing he's at that sub-200 AA mark.  WoS murks were only like 5% or so for me at 70...not sure on the %, but far lower than 7-8%.

New thing I just saw on EQLive forums...apparently, if you set yourself to a 90/10 reg/AA split, you still get 50% AA xp right now.  I'm sure the bug will be fixed w/ the next patch (possibly this week still), but a good albeit unintended thing for those levelling up atm.

With Fabled PoP I revisited PoFire and went to C2 (Reparms Tower to some) and was killing the whole tower and some wall mobs while burning a lesson.  Getting about 8-9% / kill with LoTD on and about 4-5aas per lesson.  I did not realize I could still get good XP here and the mobs drop so fast and easy I find it better than soloing in DSH or even in TBS.
ALl single pulls there with no thought required and no danger.

Edit: That is with me having 1600+ aas

Now that PoFire is open, I may have to go try that.  Right now I'm coming up on 1500 AAs and get 3 AAs per lesson in TBS

Just an update on WoS murks. I recently hit 78 with 150ish AAs and i went back to test the XP. I got 6% AA per kill w/o lesson. Burning lesson netted me 3 AAs. I'll use this spot to solo til I hit 200AAs then see what it drops to and give an update.

Another update:
I hit 200 AAs and checked AA XP and its still 5-6% per kill in WoS Murk Caves. Now I can get 4 AAs per lesson. I guess thats from doing some offensvie AAs(btw I love Feral Swipe 3, so much better than 1st 2 ranks). Now that i'm getting some AAs I want and back to raiding, I think im gonna level to 80 now. Can anyone give suggestions on good solo XP at 80? Once i get there, ill test WoS again to see what kinda AA XP it is.

WoS North Wall, MPG, and Dragonscale Hills are all good at 80.  Or whatever the hot zone is when you get there.

Now that Illsalin has recived an additional bonus above and beyond the usual Hot Zone bonus, it has become surprisingly good AAxps.  I box an 80 beast and 80 druid and I simply mow through those light blue con drachnids on the center island structure at an exceptional rate.  The AAxps in the shillskin areas sucks because they are all beefy-buffed with that Bolster shit, making the kills slower and multi-pulls rather deadly, and I'm not about to pull every mob with dispel.  I'd rather stick to the drachnids and chain pull everything unslowed.  Spent about 4 hours there this morning and effortlessly cranked out 26 AAs on the beastie.

Within the two main "inside" areas, pulls will come 2-3-4-5 mobs at once, so not exactly super friendly to a solo beastie --- but with a partner its pretty good stuff with very little risk !~

Ok my last update on WoS murks, I swear!
Now I am level 80 with 220 AAs and these guys still give 5% per kill. Very easy to get there burn lesson and log. Nets me 3-4 AAs per day with only 45 minutes played. Hope this helps gives options to current and future players to help AA w/o spending a lot of time behind the keyboard.

I am gonna look into other spots mentioned to me and post for future reference.

At risk of destroying my own solo spot, Plane of Fire tables is pretty phenomenal. Aggro and assist radii of the mobs here are almost nonexistent, so you never have to worry about multiples, and it's a pretty effortless 8-9% per kill. With Focused Paragon I have to stop and med once every maybe 45 minutes or so.

Edit because I don't really supply useful information here.

This is at 80, 2.0 / Hallowed Bloodclaw, 12.8k hp / 2300ac unbuffed, ~400 AA's, not running Lesson.

Sorry 'bout that, edited my post.

I'd also like to hotlink Kelanx's awesome post (http://forums.beastlords.org/index.php/topic,7986.0.html) for soloing in Fire as early as 66. Was getting some downright ridiculous AAXP grinding here as early as 69 (I want to say ~24 with lesson?), and with a Seer's it was actually semi-efficient.

Quick edit: Going fairly hard I can pull an AA in 16 minutes flat.

I like to solo LB's in wos or mpg. When I box my cleric I usually will burn his lotd then take him out of group and solo with full heals :) nice aa that way and better kills cause im not worried about death :)

I recently went to RSS for the aug and found that I was plowing through mobs at the statue camp getting 4-5% aa per kill. I had to wait a while for repops though which imo makes this an ineffiecient spot to camp. But it was decent aa exp while I was killing. My level 75 mage was getting about double the aa exp per kill (he's just starting on aa now) my bst was. I'm sure I could solo that camp with little work. My cleric was only casting her level 76 hot at the start of each fight.

RSS is a hotzone right now is probably why you were doing so well.

Yeah RSS is nice I tend to avoid hot zones cause I hate crowds. If you get into the 15k-16k hp range valde is pretty easy just bring dps.

ok my come back has been going ok for now. I about to hit 78 and will be grinding aa for a bit.

in short from reading this post i am getting the following

PoF Tables / tower = 5%

RSS = 4-5%

MPG = 8%

DSH = 8%  ( is the at Farm and counting the task xp ?)

WoS = 4-5%

Illsalin ?= has recived an additional bonus ( forgive me where is this I am returning and this place is not ringing a bell)

is this still correct ? any other spots to add ?

Sunderock is the current 65 HZ and I was getting 6% per char boxing but need a change.

AFAIK a change to current hot zones is coming this month. Sunderock will be replqaced with Stoneroot Falls.

The additional bonus for Illsalin was given when and while it was hot during the previous set. The Ruins of Illsalin is a DoDH zone btw, as is Stoneroot Falls.

   This is highly level dependent as MPG should be less than RSS per a kill. It also depends on how many aa you have.
