Post by: Blarp on December 08, 2009, 06:23:18 PM
Any one having/seeing a problem with this not working at all?

If it's anything like the Twin Cast AA that casters get... I have all levels on my mage and in 1 week of HEAVY fighting I have seen it go off twice.  So.. uhmmm... mind you maxed it's 3% for casters.  Not sure how this relates to us now but man it is sad.

I think the only way to test this AA out would be to parse it.  There are a few ways to parse it but, basically, yeah, if its a 3% chance (At max rank, IDK what the actual % is though...) your not going to see a whole lot of DPS from this and even if it goes off, it wouldn't be noticiable by the naked eye unless they give it a emote.

It's supposed to be 9% when maxed, and works on detrimental procs only (so basically, Rune is the only proc that you'll run across in average play that doesn't twinproc).

I know it worked on beta for SKs w/ Touch of the Cursed and their cast defensive procs - the guy who parsed got nothing from his weapon because it had rune procs.  Dunno about weapon procs.

Can you try it with Lynx on or something?

Folks were talking about it not working in chat earlier this week.  I don't think it is working for anyone, but I could be offbase.

Working for warriors by postings over on TSW, right around the advertised 9% procs when maxed.

if it works would it work also on pet procs like shard of pain or fabled weapon?
just curious
maybe it works only on damaging procs, someone said it doesnt work on rune?

It worked during beta, haven't tested it live yet, since proc dmg is so little dps to begin with I have yet to buy it.
