Looking for a good root/snare aug or a weap that has root/snare proc for the high 70's

Hobble of spirits ftw

However that sap branch off of tunare has snare.

Btw Hobble is the best snare you can get atm. There are no ifs or buts.

Sargasso Spear from Siren's Grotto also.

When you get hobble, get at least rank 2 right away....rank 1 is pretty lame, but it starts to shine at rk2 and 3.

With hobble you can even snare runspeed immune mobs, like Iksar in SOD Kaesora for example.
