anyone know what bard song blocks growl of the tiger spell? When ever i have a bard in group and cast this spell it don't go off. same if i cast our lvl 90 swarm pet spell that has growl of the tiger with it. I get the swarm pets but no growl of the tiger short term buff.
Perhaps you're simply out of short-buff slots? They were originally just for bards, but now that everyone uses them, they do run out at times. Bards are still the biggest users of short-term effects.
The easiest way to figure this out is to simply ask the bard what's in his melody. Or to ask him to try songs one at a time during downtime until you figure out which one is in conflict.
