New EQW version

JSD and his crew have released a new DX9 compatible version of EQW, and in record time as usual. Get it at www.eqwindows.com.

Its still a beta version, some people are reporting problems. I did a quick test myself and it seems to be working except for me gamma correction isn't working. It's like playing a H00man  :D

Gamma correction doesn't work by defualt but... You just have to hit alt enter once then the gamma works.. supposed to keep the setting so you set it once and you are fine. I haven't tested the keeping the setting thing but it did get it to change my gamma
