Where to Buy Spells

I just dinged 57, looked at the chart, and there is no "where" entry for Dexterity.

It can be found on Scribe Grawl in Shar Vahl.  I could not find it in PoK, having checked all of the shaman and beastlord vendors.  Lucy lists it as available also in Cabilis, Oggok and Halas, although each of these may present faction issues to some beastlords, depending on race.

Trying to update, but can't figure out how I got the tables to work, really don't like the new table layout.

Levitate is a 32 bst spell, can buy is from shaman vendor in pok.

Can somebody add names/zones/locs for spells from each lvl?

i.e. the dude in Steppes for TSS
People for TBS
SoF by level
etc?

Then I'll edit it into the first post, and hopefully make it useful again.
