kit.. go check out the threads related to it.. tast did the calcs to show the DA rate.  Basically, when you dinged 71 and swung 5 times & skilled it up to 5, you increased your DA rate by 15%.  Just right there.  The rest of the skillups you get are far less than this.  That 15% = BF5 and IBF5 each, so we're getting our DA rate increased by half again.  It's not a insignificant increase we are receiving.
