Slow Mitigation

Since I have hit 60 I have found myself more and more being the main slower in a group.I am wondering if anyone has the actual percentage the mob is slowed when it mitigates slow for the level 60 and 65 BL slows.

There are different levels of mitigation.  Some are "mostly" slowed, some are "paritally" slowed some are "slightly" slowed, etc.  It'd really depend what you are fighting.  Lots of stuff doesn't mitigate slow though until EPs, some tactics, GoD lol, etc.
