The end user license agreement paragraph 1 conflicts w/ the charter of the boards. Needs to be reworded

First paragraph of the EULA says in caps the explination os SOE & the EULA...

First #, #1, says that SOE EverQuest Accounts cant be sold or transfered, etc., in cases of minors... etc...


How does that effect this board ?
