Quests for lvl 30

[/colorWell ive been looking for some quests that i can do. I only know of one the fine antique ring, But i was wondering I found a good quest item (i think) it is called the eye of the owlbear mother and i was thinking maybe could guildies help me get this item or could a couple of my friends my lvl help me out to get this? well thank you and i hope you coudl help me out!!!!!!!!
