TBM DPS Belt option

I noticed that many raiding beasties prefer TBM-raid DPS belts over EOK-raid belts, the reason being their procs.
Namely those two belts.

Emblazoned Belt of Boromas

Cured Flesh Sash of Boromas

Emblazoned Belt of Boromas has "Boon of the Seeress" focus effect on it which procs whenever wearer casts DDs.
Cured Flesh Sash of Boromas has "Overdrive Punch" focus effect on it which procs with melee skills. By definition, I am not sure if it works every time wearer swings his/her weapon or uses an AA ability / disc or both.

I see raiding beastlords generally go for Emblazoned Belt of Boromas.
Which one do you think better according to your experiences guys ?

Over drive punch is just another proc you get.  I think it does 1000 dmg when it procs.  If you average 10 procs per minute that comes out to 166 DPS.  The Boon of the Seeress adds 500 dmg to every proc after crit (it doesn't work on debuff procs).  It works on Bard proc songs, it works on lifetap procs, and it works on a few clicky buff procs.  All those extra 500dmg add-ons add up fast.  Things get insane when you hit Bloodlust...

There is now a group versions of this belt in EoK T1 and T2 flavors.  The T1 drops in Scorched Woods off of PlagueBringer.
