A friend reccommended Fungus grove to me.

Can the mushrooms be single pulled at 63 (pulling with slow)?

Which part of the zone should I be solo-ing in?

Thanks

Always lost, somewhere on AB.

Tardar

I can't single pull the shrooms at 65, guess it might be possible using the green pet method if you have SM2.  You still may be able to handle 2 at once though.  Zone is right there, so give it a shot.

Zatran

Odd... I have been able to single pull the mushrooms since 60th level, even ones that are almost touching.

I park my pet and pull with slow spell.

I can't single the bandits though.

Are you doing regular exp or AA?

I found regular exp to be painful in FG.  The Deep may be better suited though single pulling is a bit of a challenge (but doable).

I have also heard that Natimbi is reasonable but have never been there for any length of time to confirm this.

ACK

I was thinking of those shrooms at the entrance to the Deep, not FG, sorry

These shrooms are TOTALLY single pullable.

When you enter the big cavern, immediately hang a left and you will see an open area right there. I used to set up there... proceed to the left a bit and stand on top of the rocks there and you will see the shrooms straight ahead, and another pack of 'em to the right. Just start pulling and killing em in the open area there at the rocks.

I hope this made sense, hehe...

Yeah you can single-pull the shrooms starting at level 60. Some of them start turning light blue at 62 or 63 at which point it may be better to go hunt elsewhere.

Never seen a single Light Blue one at 62 there, in a few AA worth of hunting.  63 is the light blue point, I think.

All DB at 62, they begin to LB at 63. Ok for grinding aa, but very boring.

I'm have often wondered about getting a fungi tunic, my pet focus, and craploads of +disease resist and AC gear, then finding a spot with a decent number of mobs, perhaps 6 or so, not one of the spots that have 10 or more, and clear them out so they are evenly spaced apart when they spawn...

the /afk in the middle of the camp, lol.  Wake up in the morning, with a few AA...but I would think the GMs would have a problem with that

I could be wrong but wouldn't all the experience go to the pet since you wouldn't be doing any damage?

Taiglin

Not all but like 75% IIRC. Have thought about doing that in Nurga for the faction though...

Zatran: you would still get most of the xp if you do not cause at least one point of damage. But you will most likely riposte at least once against any of them that attack you from the front, so then you would get all of that.

Taiglin: you can do that in the gobo caves in FM, where the Di'Zok ring quest gobos spawn. Those goblins give you the same faction hits. Just stand in the middle of one of the rooms and let the greenies beat on ya, lol.

Good point about the AFK factioning in FM. Have never seen anyone in there for xp purposes which was my main concern. Am assuming they will argo on me based on proximity even though they are way green?

Hehe, yep. When I was doing the Chardok quests waiting for the angry goblin to show up, I was just standing in the middle of the room that he pops in and the gobos were attacking me as soon as they spawned! :)
