Buffing others

I often group without a Shaman and am forced to provide what most people term "Shammy buffs".  Assuming haste is taken care of (otherwise I do that also), I cast:

Talisman of Kragg
Infusion of Spirit
Stamina

plus our group buffs, on everyone.  Then I usually ask if anyone wants additional Str or Dex.  My question is this...  I know that Kragg usually bounces/doesn't stack with some cleric self buff, so I usually don't kragg the clerics.  I also just now read that sometimes chanters don't want kragg either.  

Can someone in the know point out which of those self buffs are a waste to cast on which classes?  The less buffing I have to do the better.  ;)

as a rule you wont need to kragg any INT caster or cleric.  Kragg doesnt stack with the sheilding line that int-ers get and the high end ones are more hp.   Clerics  its a self only buff of somesort with mana regen(cant remember name of the spell).  Other than that everyone gets kragg,IoS and sta when grouping without a shaman, melee i add on dex and str.

out of curiousity...why do people only do Sta when stacking with IoS?
as IoS is STR/DEX/STA why bother with the Sta at all if you aren't gonna do the whole stacking thing?

for Shaman it makes more sense to Focus/Sta as Focus is only Str/Dex

just thought i would ask

when i am buffing, all the melee dps get IoS/Str/Dex/Sta/Krag and the Casters get Ios/Sta...if the cleric is meleeing i toss Str/Dex/Savagery(Fero in 3 levels~!) (its fun giving the clerics fero dangit!)...but i am wierd i think

I usually Kragg and Stamina anyone that might get hit, including cleric and chanter.  They can click it off if they want something else.  IoS, Dex, etc. are on request.  Most people knows what stat they are short on and will ask for them.

Personally, I won't bother with single buffs on non-meleers unless asked for 'em. I'll cast IoS and Kraggs and single stat buffs on request for meleers. There's so often problems with having too many buffs that I don't see the point of doing more than that automatically. When you add in group buffs of Spiritual Dominion and Spiritual Vigor that means you've taken up 2 buff slots for non-meleers and 4 buff slots for meleers already.
