So I bought level 1 of Advanced Pet Discipline.

I havent had but a few hours and actually bought it during a raid so I have had almost no time to 'experiement' with it.

For those of you who have it:

When you  type /pet focus with a mob targeted does it then 'act' like /pet attack? From my limited messing with it that is exactly what it seems to do. It has a second benefit of 'forcing' the mob to fight that mob and only that mob.

Correct me if Im wrong.

I will never buy the second level of Pet Disc as I cannot for the life of me see any reason that I would not want my pet proc'ing.

PS: Posted in the Beastlord Companion Section as this pretains directly to our Warder.

Dex boost from the proc buff to increase crits without stunning during agro kiting?

It's a stretch for us, but it is a reason...  /shrug

Having a mob targeted and turning on pet focus will have your pet attack, even if the pet is held. That does seem to be true.

Biggest hassle on this AA, at least for me, is remembering to do it. I wish it was innate now. So, everytime you zone, you need to use the command to get it working right.

I still do not entirely trust it on mezzed mobs, although my warder has not broken mez in a while now.
