I registered long ago, with the account named Skorli. But  I am unable to log in nor am I allowed to reset my password.

You had never activated the account. It's active now.

Oh and you had a typo in your email too

Just a note on this, you put in an invalid email account is why you never received the welcome mail. You put in [email protected] instead of [email protected]. I got a bunch of fails on those today.
