Expedition levels

Is there a chart that tells the level of Expedition Request and the level of mob (including slow/partially slow and relative hit strength)?

I'm looking to grind to exp this weekend (yea vacation!), but I get violated in bad sports when either my 65 pocket druid of my main toon (66 BL) start the expedition.  The 56 ranger that I have starts a nice AA grind zone, but I have to clear the front mobs one or twice to get a single percentage of exp, something I'm not looking forward too.  Normally I'd exp with groups, but those have been hard to come by these days AND I'll be playing during the day, so I'm not really sure there are groups going on Brell at that time.

Anyways, just looking for ideas.
