Cleave & Ferocity items?

Now that we are farming Txevu and Tacvi I was wondering if either ferocity or cleave effects are worth getting? Does either one of them seem to be more bang for the buck? Of course the items themselves are sweet but I'm looking to obtain good focus effects primarily.
