I'm sure they will get to it.  To me it was a moral obligation to loot the item tho, I just signed on with BotS, this was my first raid with them ..I didn't really want it, and I don't care for the idea of being handed stuff as a recruit, but it was a server-first kill, it was a big deal, and it just would have been a crying shame to let loot from that rot, which it was going to.  I just couldnt bear the thought.  Honest.

Never will happen, Dev's said as much. There will be helms that will not have a graphic, but there will never really be an  option to turn the graphic on or off

Actually, technically the plan to add the toggle is still on the plate, but it is a VERY low priority according to the devs.  So it will be a while before it makes it in (but of couse we know that sometimes low priority issues never get addressed).
