We are looking for more beastlords

Ravages is a European raid oriented guild

We raid Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in the following hours (breaked to several time zones) :
7PM - 11PM (GMT)
8PM - 12PM (CET)
2PM - 6PM (EST)
11AM - 3PM (PST)


Presentation of the guild:

Ravages is before a a whole guild of mature people, or disrespect and the brutal coarseness are proscribed. This said, we are far from being models from serious, quite to the contrary. The guild has the role first to make raids, without however forcing the players as drastiquement as the majority of the large guilds. We will certainly never have the rate/rhythm of progression of the large guilds, nor the last loot à.la.mode. Simply we will endeavour to progress to the wire of our victories, our rate/rhythm and to achieve our goal all while amusing us.

Apart from the raids, we endeavour to group between us. That makes it possible to better know itself, and to work the technique and the cohesion of group. What is of primary importance, to improve our performances, and thus our potential raid.

We are raiding Time, Qvic trial MPG and DON.

We will leave the whole beginning, and will make this long truly epic search together, while not forgetting that we play to please to us and to slacken us, and not to kill the boss of fine A any price, and before everyone


Rules of recruitment:

Ravages recruits players with a principal character of level 65 and more Alts will be accept only from level 60, this in order to have a quite precise idea of our potential. We want people motivated, specific, disciplined and really taking pleasure to make raids. It is asked an obligatory participation in the 3 raids (if you are logged) which will be envisaged each week and as far as possible active participation in the activities of the guild in the week.

The apply are done by filling the post envisaged for this purpose on the forum, recruitment part, the decision will be made by the officers and the Guild Leader.
The duration of apply will be 30 days.
The profile magelo becomes obligatory.
A minimum of autonomy is request, while remaining opened with the questions and ready to help so big problem (need for assistance for CR, a search, etc...)
Throughout apply, no search (epic or others) will be undertaken in raid for the apply. The apply has the right to the loot in raid but does not have priority on the members.

Ravages's loot distribution is done by the DKP system.
We hope on you all to show fair play towards the ones the others, to think group and not individual in order to better achieve the fixed goal
