how we get rake?

Hello. i dont post here much i just read what you all post witch is allways good info, i spent a lil bit of time b4 they took severs down agien. i could not find anyting on how to get rake.

Does anyone have any clues i could nto find it on the fourm,  i just might be a tab blind and all tho, thanks for the help.
