EQ Companion & Pets

I've recently started using EQCompanion to parse my guild's raids.  It combines all the "Soandso's pet" / "Soandso's warder" titled pets just fine, however Its supposed to have a funtion that allows a mage / enc / nec / sham and whatever else to specify a pet as being theirs.  I've tried various things, mostly involving "PET (petname)", which form what I read was the way one would specify the pet. 

If anyone has an answer to this question it'd be great.  Thanks.
