Plane of Fire piggybacking

Is it possible to be piggybacked into Plane of Fire?

My guild and I are not quite *there* yet, and I'm interested in hunting for and looting Savage Platinum Fists. I understand that these are fairly common on named mobs, and occasionally will rot. Just curious as I know you can piggyback into other planes without flags/levels.
