Bestial empathy and TSS focus

Lucy says that the TSS pet focus, Servitor of Scale, is limited to 71-75 pets.  I assume this means that it won't affect bestial empathy.  And since we didn't get a bestial empathy upgrade with TSS, this means that we will need to start using two pet foci.

sounds unintentional.  The SS focus will be a dps downgrade for anyone who chains BE then (every beastlord who has it), likely.  lol
