Lot of discussion in lots of threads, some people being very hardheaded about their suggestions, but looking ONLY at dev statements (which are the only comments that actually matter), I don't see what you could be talking about. And I realize you can't be specific in this forum at this time. In any case, let me make up my own mind once i find it.

It was a problem w/ spell gem greying...made stuff impossible to cast for 12 seconds.
