Defensive Parses:

Find a good soloing grounds with a very tight level range of mobs.  Really, you want all mobs to be the same level...so, best if you can box a cleric just healing yourself as one mob hits you for hours.  Vary your AC, repeat.  A definitive parse would have AC at differing points (say 10-25 raw (as displayed on item) AC datapoints), with hours of each.

The most 'definitive' parses are usually done on Test or Beta servers against the bots in the arena.  If you're really working at this, I'd request a /testcopy from the devs.  Prepare to wait a long time for it though, and need to bug people.  Several class CCs don't even have testcopied characters yet.

Now, to be less depressingly tedious, anything easily repeatable by others (see criteria below), so multiple people can do realworld parsing would work.

Criteria:
Max *mitigation* AAs
Mob that is a knowable level (like white to 75), easily reachable, non-named so easy to repeat the parse.

Each mob has a range of 21(?) possible hit values - dB (base damage) with a multiplier added to it (dI - damage interval) of 0-20.  We need the frequency that each dI occurs at each rAC value.
