I certainly understand the reasoning, but I could not reply to the initial topic about the change.  I also could not start a new topic in the new forum.  This must be an oversight, yes?

no, this wasnt a oversite, this being the old CC section we felt to lock this section so no new threads were made, you can still post on old topics but I would highly advise posting on the new section

I'm not sure what you read but you cannot start NEW topics in the NEW section.

Merescata's right. Whoever was supposed to lock this section apparently locked us out of the new section instead. This old section is still wide open to new posts.
