Hunting Area Suggestions for Bst 39 lvl and 75 lvl Cleric

Been using the cleric to keep Beast alive and gaining levels fast.  At 39 now and doing the Malaria quest.  Spent 3 hours last night killing the front entrance area of the mines without any luck on the powder but surprisingly good exps considering I had a lot of down time waiting on spawn.  I got a full level of exps in that time.

Hopefully I will be 39 or 40 by the time I actually GET the stupid powder. So the suggestions are for level 40 which I am more or less and upward.

Beast was twinked out the wazoo at the start however now only well twinked.  But I have a couple thousand of those crystals to turn in for equip for this guy so should be good.

The cleric is raid equipped through Anguish with a couple Demi items so mana and hp are never at issue (least not yet).

Projected path is 40 - 45 either Maidens Eye or back to Karnors Castle which I did for levels 33 - 36.
Lvls 45 - 50 POI
Lvls 51 - 55 POV
Lvls 56+ who knows.
