question on the order of epic

I'm ready to start with the spirits.  Do you have to fight them in order that is listed on the guide or can you go out of order and say go to the wolf in faydark before everfrost bear?  Also do you have to go to dumal and get a new seal or do you get it back with the totem?

no, there's no particular order in which to fight them. However, unless you can get at least on 70+ to help you, you'll find the bear, and wolf to be the hardest iirc.

You will get the seal back when you turn in the totem after a fight.
