One stop macros to the background bot.......(G15 kb question)

Ok, now that I got my BL acct up and running, my cleric can go on permanent 3nd box status.   I really don't have a problem switching windows and healing that way, however, is there a way that I can simply hit a key (using one of the G keys) and it would run a macro on the background screen (e.g. /tar Tiggr,  Cast 1, /say "healing Tiggr")

I looked around and saw another post mention something along these lines but don't recall there being a definitive answer to it.
