Hastened Feral Attacks question

I assume it reduces the re-use timers for the 3 new SoD attack abilities (Raven's Claw, et al.).  Does it also reduce Feral Swipe re-use?  If so, by how much?

It doesn't reduce the timer on the deagro abilities, but it does reduce the reuse timer on Feral Swipe by at least 4 seconds per rank.
