I've been grinding some AAs solo in Tactics today.  I zone in, go up the stairs, straight at the intersection, and then park my pet in the dirt floor room on the right.  As long as you watch for roamers, you can easily single pull more dark blue con ogres than you could possibly kill before respawns.  It isn't an ideal grinding spot though.  They hit around 500, some harm touch, and most mitigate slow.  But it is fun to see the exp bar move in such big chunks.  I get 1% real exp per kill at 67, without lesson.
