Make forums read link

Where is the "Make all forums read" link on the main forums page? Do i have to go into each forum and hit that link for every single one to make it so all forums appear read?

Maybe i'll look into putting it up in the top riht as well, then i'll find a cattle prod to entice DiosT to go edit more files :P
