Beneficial Mana Pres spam

I box a BL, and often my Ring of Healing Visions will spam on  my BL.  Two messages at a pop, 4 per tick, for a good 20sec at a time.

This happens on average about once every 15min and I have no idea what's causing it.  The majority of time it spams my Rogue is out of camp pulling, and BL is just standing there doing nothing.  Only other group member is merc cleric (my rog's if it matters)

Any clue what's causing this?

A guildmate of mine who also boxes a BL has noted the exact same thing happening with his BL box, different item, but still a bene mana focus item.

I'll try to get a SS of it the next time it happens.

I've had the same thing happen on my ring with Beneficial Mana Pres. foci on it.  Not sure what is causing it, but I didn't see any harm being caused, so just let it slide.

I get that spam when I have the merc up and am getting ticks on promised rejuv.

PR was one of my thoughts, and was discounted, as it often happens while my rog is pulling and no healing is going on.

Plus my Rog is my tank, so PR is rarely on the BL.

I've seen this a few times tonight. Here's the most interestng one I logged, which appears to have been triggered by my own Focused Paragon targeting myself. But it stopped a good 15 seconds before my paragon, so perhaps it was coincidence. The other cases in my logs do look like they may be connected to heals over time from cleric mercs. But it's not a consistent behavior, and I cannot reproduce it on demand.
