Fellgrip Jaws Strike

Fellgrip Jaws Strike...

1: Decrease Hitpoints by 352 per tick
2: Decrease Attack Speed by 70%
3: Increase Disease Counter by 24


Is that a disease debuff? Is that slow disease base? Or is it magic like our slow and that's just part of the dot component? Anybody have a a handle on that?

From Lucy, for the strike (rk1)

Resist:     Magic     Resist Adjust:     -60

So, it takes Magic to land, and can be removed w/ Cure Disease (24 counters).  Our other slow is also magic resist, but disease to cure.
