I think from 50-ish to near 65 you can do Acrylia Caverns.  Good xp there and decent cash drops.  Simple to pull once you learn the zone.

I would be careful using the tank merc.
Make sure you put him away every now and then so that you can get hit.
You need to increase your defensive skills or you will get pasted the first time you have to tank.

It is very easy to max out defencive skills. Just head to arena (or anywhere and /duel) with friendly pet class and let the pet hit you until you are maxed out.
